"Tracking worked well, but I expected clearer instructions"
The tracking for my order was actually reliable and updated whenever the package moved, which was nice. It showed up right when it said it would, so no complaints there. I just expected the instructions or details along the way to be a little clearer, but overall I’m happy with how it went.

I had to return a kit I ordered by mistake, it went smoother than I thought it would. I emailed them and got a reply quick, well, quicker than I was expecting anyway—and they laid out the steps without making it a whole thing. Once they got the item back, the refund came through with no weird hassle or long wait. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it

"The rewards are actually worth it"
I’ve been ordering from Gundam Planet for a bit now, the loyalty points are a nice little bonus. I didn’t think much of them at first, like, okay sure, points, whatever. But then I realized they actually add up and I’ve already saved a few bucks on kits. It’s also super easy to use, which I appreciate because I do not have the patience for weird hoops or confusing reward systems.

"Decent store, but the prices are a letdown"
I’ve ordered from Gundam Planet a couple of times, and to be fair, the kits showed up fine and I didn’t have any real issues with the orders themselves. But i was kind of disappointed with the pricing. Some items are reasonable, but a lot of kits seem a bit higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere, and once shipping gets added, it can be harder to justify. It’s not a bad store by any means, but it doesn’t always feel like the best deal. I still browse there now and then, but I definitely compare prices before buying.

"Canceling Was Way Easier Than Expected"
I ended up needing to cancel an order from Gundam Planet after I changed my mind on a kit, i was expecting it to be a bit of a pain. It wasn’t at all. The process was simple, and they took care of it quickly without making it feel awkward.
If you’re nervous about ordering because you might change your mind or aren’t 100% sure yet, I’d say don’t stress too much. Based on my experience, they handled the cancellation really smoothly, and that definitely makes me more comfortable ordering from them again later.

"Great spot to check for hard-to-find kits"
I was surprised by how much they had in stock. I ended up finding a couple HGs and an MG that I hadn’t been able to track down on other sites. The site is easy to browse, and they seem to have a nice mix of newer releases and older kits too. If you’re in the hobby and hunting around for something specific, I’d definitely recommend adding them to your list of places to check.

In the end, the guides just didn’t help me much. I was really hoping for solid build tips, but most of the educational stuff felt thin and not always easy to follow. It wasn’t useless, but it definitely left me feeling like I still had to figure a lot out on my own.

"I picked up a Gundam kit after..."
I picked up a Gundam kit after looking through the product photos, and it showed up pretty much exactly how I pictured it. The box was in good shape, all the parts were there, and nothing felt misleading at all.

The site was easy to use and the order went through without any problems. If anything, I just had bad timing because I got busy right after it arrived and couldn’t start building it right away. I’d definitely order from Gundam Planet again

"Packaging Had Me Worried"
I ordered this kit a while back—or maybe it was just last week, I’m losing track, but when it showed up, the packing seemed flimsy. I was expecting something to be cracked or missing, but somehow the kit made it through just fine. So, not the best packaging, but the product itself survived and seems okay

I had a good experience using gundamplanet. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a site where I could quickly find the kits I was looking for, and it mostly delivered on that. The menus were easy to figure out, and the search worked well enough without making me dig around too much. A couple of pages did load slower than I would’ve liked, which was a bit annoying, but checkout was straightforward. Overall, it met my expectations and I’d probably use it again
